WHY WE STARTED THIS

Clinicians shouldn't have to become operators to survive.

Rebecca spent years in the field working directly with children in ABA and behavioral health. What she saw again and again wasn't a shortage of good clinicians — it was good clinicians sinking. Founders with real clinical skill, sometimes with financial backing behind them, going under because operations was never their strength. And when a practice sinks, it isn't just a business that closes. It's fewer kids getting help.

From Chaos exists to close that gap. The more clinicians who make it, the more kids who get helped — so we built a firm that hands founders the operational backbone they never trained for, without asking them to become someone they're not.
