Why does Own Your Practice take longer to start than Own Your NPI alone?

Own Your NPI assumes your business already exists. Own Your Practice builds that foundation first — your entity and tax ID have to be in place before any payer application can go in — so credentialing kicks off around day 15–20 instead of immediately.

Why is Own Your Practice split into 4 payments instead of one deposit?

Most solo clinicians are funding this while still working another job. Four smaller payments spread across the 90–120 day engagement are easier to plan around than one large deposit up front.

What happens after the 90-day window?

The 90-day window covers unlimited payer submissions for your initial enrollment. After that, ongoing maintenance and any new payer additions are billed separately — we'll walk you through exact costs before anything renews.

How long does credentialing actually take?

Timelines depend entirely on the payer, not on us — most take 60–120 days to process an application. We submit promptly and follow up consistently, but we can't control a payer's internal timeline.

Can I add more clinicians later?

Yes. Future additions are $300/clinician, whether you started on the single- or multi-clinician plan.

Do you handle re-credentialing too?

We track your re-credentialing deadlines and reach out ahead of time so nothing lapses. Handling the re-credentialing itself is scoped separately once it comes up.
