Started as a BT on an inpatient psychiatric unit for adolescents. Moved into ABA and worked through every level of the field — from direct care to clinical oversight to multi-state operations leadership. Became Director of Operations before founding From Chaos to give other practices access to the same depth of operational experience — without the full-time price tag.

AuDHD founder. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Brings a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed lens to every system built here — because that's not a differentiator, it's the baseline.
